Twinking

I need advice on twinking chars....can anyone help me out?|||You havent given much info here to help us help you.

What lvl Bg do you want to be in?

Which then would determine what class would be good and also what class would you prefer?

How much spare cash do you have? do you have a main that can support the Twinkage?

If you can answer these questions i have found googling e.g. "19 twink hunter wow" will give you all the pages and info you need to create the best 19 twink hunter. Same for any other class and lvl twinks.

Remember 19s are stuck in WSG

29s are stuck in WSG and AB

http://eu.wowarmory.com/character-sh...as&n=Kangkills|||About 2 weeks ago I started a 19 twink, a female Blood Elf Hunter. My main is Alliance, so there was some neutral auction house jiggerypokery involved but now that it�s up and running I�m enjoying it immensely.

The thing is 90% of my gear is from the auction house rather than instances, and some of it is chosen for looks as well as stats. This means the toon is only semi-twink compared to a lot of guys with both fishing items, the best gear from instances and so on. It�s pretty easy (if time consuming) to follow a levelling guide and get the stuff needed, but if you do you�ll end up wearing what is virtually a uniform. Sure that stuff has a few stat points over auction house gear, but since most of the twink bonuses come from enchants this is pretty insignificant.

I suppose my point is if you�re going to twink, don�t worry about following a guide too closely. Just get the best stuff you can and go for it, it won�t make that much difference. Twinking is expensive, but the budget can be kept down if you can accept items slightly below par.

As an aside, I�d say easily 80% of the people I meet in the 10-19 Battlegrounds are twinked to one degree or another. It makes the bracket very competitive and a lot of fun.|||Quote:

do bg's over and over and over and over and over until your eyes bleed.

get bg gear to replace some of your good gear for your level.

do bg's over and over and over and over and over until your eyes bleed again.

get more bg gear.

I do have some more full shadow damage gear too. :) I have what I have equipped in armory now most of the time though as even with the max possible +dmg the shadow priests damage output and sustainable damage are too low to use in a premade wsg or when it really matters. So with a lot of +heal also I can be actually useful in many situations. I can do good damage but also throw out respectable heals. In this bracket a shadow priest not willing to use their utility, expecially healing teammates when no other dedicated healer is around is pretty much useless.|||I have a rogue that I am thinking about twinking. I am uncertain if I am gonna do it at level 29 or level 49. Which do you think is better?|||Well i think hunters excel in 29 then rogues.

the higher you go up the more classes start to come into their own, in other words you wont own in the 49s like you would in the 29s, but you get to use more talents and skills.|||On another thread Shellar said:

Is this true? I've been playing the 10-19 bracket and I think tactics are pretty important. Most people are twinks, so they sort of balance each other out.

Is the general perception that 20-29 is more tactics-oriented than 10-19?
