Dying in PvP?

What happens when you die in PvP?

Do you just have to respawn like in the game? Does your armor take damage? Anything else I don't know about?

Thanks.|||if your talking world pvp, then its exactly the same deal as dying to mobs in the world with the exception of the repair cost hit.

if you mean battlegrounds, then when you die you respawn at set points around the map depending on where you died and what your side holds(bases/graveyards etc) then the rezzer has a 30second timer.

if you mean arenas then when you die, thats it your sitting the rest of the battle out, you can either lie there taking a dirt nap or wander the area as a ghost and watch the remainder of your team get tonked

in regards to armour taking damage, you take damage on it when you get hit, but you dont get the big damage hit like you do by dying to a npc/mob|||Quote:

You know one thing about BG that I was wondering about. When you die, and your insignia is removed, it says you can only respawn in the graveyard. What if your insignia is not removed? I always thought that you just respawn in the GY, that was it. Does it mean you can rez near your body or something?|||Quote:

it means that you can be rezzed by another player.|||Or, that you can leg it back to where your body is and res there.

Though it has its downsides (you won't res @ full health/mana) you might be able to avoid a flag cap at times.
