Hunter FD question

For a hunter in PVE Feign Death causes the mob to forget you and turn his attention to your pet, but what does it do in PVP? Does it deselect you as target? Or does it just try to convince the opponent that you're dead because you fell over? And does Scatter Shot do the same thing? Thanx.|||FD in PvP deselects you as a target so the opponent has to select you again. It also 'tries' to fool your opponent into thinking you're dead, but I would say only 0.1% fall for it.

However, it can be useful in BGs where there's a lot of fighting. FD at the right time and your opponent might not give it a second thought, but move on to one of the other targets in a hectic fight. Don't rely on it though :)|||Fd is really really useful in pvp for aggravating mages. They cant hit you with a spell if your not selected. As stated before FD will de-select you and interrupt their casting giving you a few seconds for a scatter shot or something else. Also against other hunters you can use FD to cause their pets to stop attacking you, making the enemy hunter have to take some time out of their rotation to send out their pet. FD is not useful for faking death, most people can stop it, but it is more useful in other areas.
