A question for those of you who've played TF2

I'm a big TF2 fan and have recently decided to come back to WoW. But I was just wondering if there was any class in WoW that plays like The Scout in TF2? I like the scouts ability to move fast, dodge attacks, and get in close with melee attacks, especially in a game thats dominated by ranged weapons.
