What do you think of an all-rogue 2v2 team?

First off, I apologize if I put this in the wrong section. Wasn't sure if I should've put it in this one or the Battlegrounds category.

I would just like some other people's input on their opinion on an all rogue 2v2 team. I'm thinkin about starting one and I'm semi-hesitant. Does no heals = fail? Or does uber burst damage = great success?|||if the rogues had healing potions then it would be a great success. if not i dont no. probably 1 rogue could continualy cast sap on the healer while the other takes on enemy number two.|||Quote:

Don't be silly - you can't use pots in Arena. Nor can you continuously keep someone sapped, as there's a 12s, 6s, 3s, immune timer on it.

:sigh:

Modidybob, Rogues are in the lucky position to be able to form a working arena team with every single other class, including themselves. Possibly, just possibly, excluding Hunters, but pretty much everything else works.

Rogue/Rogue certainly is viable.|||Rogue/Rogue is pretty deadly, but Rogue/Feral Druid is even better.|||Quote:

Rogue/Rogue

Also a popular 2DPS formation currently, this team composition relies mostly on one thing; Getting the opener on your opponents and controling the fight. If either of the two rogues gets jumped/cc'ed off the bat, it can be hard to recover and pull of a win. Coordinating stuns and CC's is also an important part of this team's strengths. An example is having one Rogue unload a 5-point Kidney in anticipation that the target will trinket while the second rogue holds back ready to re-apply (albeit diminished duration) second stun. Coordinating interrupts is also key to this combination.

What he said.|||well i play 2v2 with another rogue buddy of mine. and it is alot of fun.

and it totally boils down to the opener. sap one. ur partner goes and try's to burn down the other guy. when sap breaks apply blind. then go help your partner finish of his guy. if you can do that you'll win alot.

I find though its the pally/warrior teams that give us trouble.

Not sure how it would go with both rogues very well geared. but with me and my partner being in a mix of s1/s2 gear we can't really get past 1500. usually sit around 1400.|||Quote:

I agree.
