Does fraction determine your time in a bg que?

[:1]Hi all, well i think the most fun i have in wow is playing in bg's. Right now my toons are horde. I been hearing though in general horde out number allies, this causes longer bg que times if your horde. Also that ques for allies are pretty instant. Is this true? If it is I might have to fraction change, cause waiting 30 minutes is not fun. What's everone's take on this?|||The word you are looking for is "faction". A fraction is a part of something.

I wouldn't exactly say that in general, Horde outnumbers Alliance. But anyway, it largely depends on your battlegroup. While BG's are cross-server, those servers are still grouped together in battlegroups, drawing participants from the same battlegroup. And in some of those battlegroups, Alliance have the upper hand, in some of them Horde.

Keep in mind that instant queues can also mean that you will be outnumbered in BG's a lot, causing non happy times. I've seen too many BG instances where we start with the other faction outnumbering us 3 to 1, then it's just a zerg/camp fest for them, which is not enjoyable at all.
