Battle Ground Vendor at 80?

Hi all,

Just wondering, with your BG honor points, who do you go to buy the BG gear? Can you still do this (I know at 70 people used to grind bg's, then get gear from Vendors and use that as a steping stone for Arena or Raiding)? I think I found one vendor, but I think I needed an Arena Rating too. Did things change that now you can only use honor points if you have an arena rating? Oh I am Horde.
