If you make any changes to that like going deep frost chances are frost bolt will be more efficient than using ffb anyway. I have problems making a viable FFB spec that looks any good for PvP tbh. If you want it for PvE just read the other threads posted :)
The chances of critting twice for insta pyro would be relative to your crit obviously.
