Best way to gear up?

My army of toons is fast approaching 80 and I was wondering what the best way to get pvp gear is.

Some guy told me that it's easier to do raids for badges then get the pvp gear that way, instead of farming honor in BG's. I haven't heard of this but it sounds easier since the honor cost is so high.

How do you guys do it?|||With some recent hotfix, probably in preparation for the arena season, they added a blue PvP set available with Emblems of Heroism for sale in your faction's respective subsection of Dalaran.

These require no honor, no marks of honor, no arena points, just a fair number of Emblems of Heroism.

That's my guess as to the best way to gear up for PvP. Grind out some of the easier heroics and go to it.|||Yeah, they added PvP gear for Emblems (lot of them), and it's the only way to get PvP gear without doing BG's. Well, there is VoA which gives really nice pvp gear, but it's a raid, and i'm guessing you will ding soon/dinged recently so that'd be kinda hard.

But think about spending emblems on PvP gear - not really the smartest way to spend them, since you can get much better pve gear for it.|||I am in the same boat myself. Only thing is, I do have like 70k of honor saved up. Just wondering, is there bg gear you can buy, if you want to grind it out the old fashion way?|||Quote:

You can buy the hateful set from vendors. The deadly can also be purchased this way but require an arena rating.
