Priest or Pally

I'm wanting to make a pvp healer. Either a priest or pally.

Which whould you say makes the better healer for 2v2 and 3v3 arenas?

Only reason I dont consider druid is because I dont play alliance and dont really like taurens. Any help is appreciated.|||I think for single player heals a pally is good, priest is better for group heals. At least that's my understanding.|||pally lasts longer.|||if you are a ****ty priest... all depends on the group..|||farming bg's for gear on my priest i would say go pala but then im not specced for pvp im full on raid spec so i dont live long if a rogue or pala takes an interest in me|||For 2 vs 2 a pally and disc priest are ok, in general druids and disc priests are the most popular arena healing classes.|||2v2 and 3v3 Disc priest for sure. Pally heals are just too slow and the survivability doesn't matter in those brackets, you will spend a good deal of your time crowd controlled while they burn down your dps'er. Actually for 2v2 or 3v3 I would say go druid, if not then priest, but only go pally if you want 5v5 or dps in 2v2 and 3v3. If you want to dps though, probably want to find a druid healer.|||Pally healing in 2v2 basically goes something like this: Cycloned, Burn fear trinket, Cycloned, Cycloned, Bash, (druid runs away), bubble to try and get a heal off, Get off a few heals while bubble is up but the Mortal strike that is on your beat down DPS'er causes heals to not hit for much. Bubble goes down, Cyclone, Cyclone, MS Warrior fears you. During this time the druid is dropping hots, charging bashing and cycloning you while you try to line of sight him. He shifts to travel form and chases you down, stuns you, runs away, drinks to get his mana back. All the while dropping hots on himself and his DPS (usually a MS warrior). When get gets bored, he'll switch to bear, come back and stun you between cyclones.

If you want to 2v2, absolutely DO NOT go pally. Seriously. 3v3 isn't much better. 5v5 pally is practically a team requirement though.|||If you wanna heal groups or more players i should roll a priest ... but pally's have massive maces and shields and heavy armor :D +they can heal = last longer .
